McNeil Point Hike
Wildwood Recreation Site Walk
We a 2 mile walk at the BLM Wildwood Recreation Site. We started with the Wildwood Wetland Trail and then crossed back over the Salmon River to walk the Cascade Streamwatch Trail. Afterwards we went to the Whistle Watch Stop for lunch.
Burnt Lake – E. ZigZag Mt. Hike
A hike on the Burnt Lake trail up to E. ZigZag Mt. There are excellent views of Mt. Hood from the summit area. I hiked about 12 miles with 2500 ft. elev. gain and out for 7 Hours.
Marine Park Walk
We start out by visiting the Henry J. Kaiser Shipyard Memorial. The shipyard played an important part in World War 2. We then relocated over to Marine Park to walk a section the Columbia River Renaissance Trail.
Hardy Ridge Hike
Once again doing the Hardy Ridge Loop Hike at Beacon Rock State Park. This time packing more camera gear to tryout. Hike was 10 mile, 2350 ft. elevation gain in about 7 hours. I want to what the state of the flowers were and worked between three different cameras to see how they did.
