Hike in Indian Heaven

We got out for an exploratory hike in Indian Heaven Wilderness this last Friday. We started at Thomas Lake Trailhead and followed the F.S. trail to Rock Lake from there we took off on one of the many abandon trail that are in this wilderness. We found the trail ended up at Bear Lake and took the PCT back to Junction Lake and another abandon trail back to Rock Lake. As usual we went past many alpine meadows and lakes on our hike.
