Lori, Jeanette and I did a hike at Mamaloose to see how the wildflowers were doing. It was an easy 3.25 mile wandering.

Lower Salmon River Hike
We had nice weather, that gave use a chance to head to the mountains for a hike. Lori, Jeanette, Sylvia and I went up the Lower Salmon River trail to do a 6.5 mile out and back hike. This trail runs next to the Salmon River in one of the last old growth forest left in Oregon. Afterwards we went to have a late lunch at Smokey Hearth in their out door seating area.
Westside Regional Trail North Scoutin
A scouting walk of the Westside Regional Trail North. I did several side trips off the main trail and end up with about six miles.
Tom McCall Preserve Hike
Lori, Jeanette, Sylvia and I did a short windy hike at Tom McCall Preserve in the Columbia River Gorge.
Noble Woods & Rood Bridge Parks Walk
The approaching rain held off long enough for Lori, Jeanette, Slyvia and I get a walk in at Noble Woods Park and Rood Bridge Park. I was surprise how much the flood waters had drop from a week or so earlier. After the walk we went to Backwoods Brewing again.
