A hike of upper part of Silver Falls State Park with Lori and Sylvia. The hike was 5.7 miles with over 600 ft. gain. Afterwards we went to Milltown Pub to sit in their garden and have lunch.

A hike up Cast Creek Tr. to E. Zigzag Mt. in the Mt. Hood National Forest. By the numbers: 13 miles, 3500 ft. elevation gain and about 7 1/2 hrs. on the trail.
